Terms of Use
Effective date: 8 October 2026
Last reviewed: 2026-10-08 · Document version: 2026-10-08
These terms describe participation in the Free Public Beta of Kyrelio. Free and Pro labels represent access levels. There is no checkout, billing or paid subscription purchase. Pro purchase is currently unavailable.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13 to use Kyrelio. The service is not intended for children under 13. You must also meet any additional requirements that apply where you live. This product age floor does not mean that every teenager can independently consent to every use of personal information. Where required, involve a parent or guardian. An invitation does not override these requirements.
Keep your login credentials private, use a password you do not reuse elsewhere and tell the operator if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share your account or impersonate another person. You are responsible for your own use of the account.
Account email and recovery
Use an email address you control. When service email is enabled, we send welcome and verification messages and requested password-reset links. These are account-service messages, not marketing consent. Password recovery requires a verified address. If your address is unverified, missing or no longer accessible, contact the operator for an ownership review; recovery cannot be guaranteed.
Keep verification and reset links private. A successful password reset signs out existing sessions. It does not reactivate a disabled account or change access permissions. See the Privacy Policy for how email information is processed.
Acceptable use
- Use the service for learning and authorized testing.
- Do not use practice code or Workspace tools to attack real systems.
- Do not attack, disrupt or overload the service, automate excessive scraping, bypass access controls or attempt to access another account’s information.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive or harmful material, or confidential information you are not entitled to share.
- Do not submit real credentials or sensitive personal information in practice workflows.
Report suspected security issues privately through Contact. Do not investigate other users’ records or run disruptive tests.
Learning and ownership
The lessons and simulated labs are educational. They do not guarantee employment, earnings, certification or professional qualifications. Test and review any real automation independently before relying on it.
The product, lessons, original designs and other service materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Participation lets you use them for learning; it does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute the platform’s content. Third-party software remains subject to its own licenses.
Your learner Workspace content is private within the service; there is no public sharing feature. Authorized operators may access it for support and maintenance. You retain any rights you have in material you enter. By saving it in the service, you allow the operator to store, process and display it as needed to provide, secure and support your learning. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Beta availability and access
The service may change, be interrupted or end during testing. Availability and preservation of every test record cannot be guaranteed. Keep your own copy of anything important.
The operator may suspend or disable access to address abuse, security concerns or violations of these terms. Contact the operator if you believe this happened in error. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Questions and updates
For Terms, account or service questions, feedback or legal notices, see Contact for the configured contact method and request details. Updated terms will be published here with an effective date. If payments are introduced later, payment and subscription terms will need to be provided separately before any purchase.
Material changes will need appropriate notice before taking effect. Beta status does not remove mandatory consumer or privacy rights. Product names used in teaching are descriptive and do not imply endorsement or affiliation with their owners.
