Under-13 account report

If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us with the username if known and a brief explanation. Do not send passwords or identity documents. The operator will review promptly, stop ordinary access when an under-13 account is identified, and review deletion and any required parental or legal steps.

Account problem

Include your username and a short description of the sign-in or account problem. Never send your password, verification link or password-reset link. Support is reviewed manually; this is not an automated reply service.

Forgotten password? Request a reset link using your verified account email. While signed in, you can request verification from Profile. If service email is unavailable, the address is unverified or you cannot access the inbox, use the support contact below. Check your spam folder and use the newest link; repeated requests are limited.

Privacy request

Ask for access to your information, a correction or account deletion. Describe what you need and identify your account. Requests are handled manually by email. The operator will verify ownership safely before disclosing or deleting data. Never send your password.

Security issue

Report privately with the affected page and a brief description. Do not include live credentials or other users’ information, and do not continue testing if it could expose data or disrupt the service.

General feedback

Share what worked, what was confusing or what prevented you from learning. For an accessibility barrier, include the page and, if useful, the browser or assistive tool you used.

Accessibility

Kyrelio aims to make the service accessible and continues to improve accessibility. Keyboard navigation, readable text and light/dark themes are supported. A full accessibility conformance audit has not been completed. Please report barriers through the feedback contact above.
